दुनिया के 199 देश कोरोना वायरस से लड़ रहे है, दुनिया के अधिकांश देशो ने लॉकडाउन का सहारा लिया है या ले रहे है। अंतराष्ट्रीय यातायात के साथ देशो के अंदर का यातायात थम गया है। ऐसा लग रहा है की पूरी दुनिया एक ब्रेक पर है। सभी बड़ी राजनैतिक, सामाजिक और खेल गतिविधिया ठप्प है। यहाँ तक की ज्ञात इंसानी इतिहास में धार्मिक गतिविधिया भी बंद है। वेटिकन में पॉप धार्मिक शिक्षा नहीं दे रहे है तो मुस्लिम धरम की सबसे पवित्र जगह मक्का को धार्मिक यात्रियों की पहुंच से दूर कर दिया गया है। हिन्दुओ के बड़ो के साथ छोटे-छोटे मंदिर तक बंद कर दिए गए है। विशेसज्ञ अब सवाल कर रहे है की क्या इस ब्रेक के बाद दुनिया बदल जाएगी। ज्यादातर का जवाब हा में है। आइए जानते है की दुनिया की तस्वीर उससे कैसे बदलेगी जैसी हमने कोरोना वायरस के सक्रमण से पहले देखी थी।

हमने अब तक देखा है की हर बड़ी आपदा के बाद दुनिया की राजनैतिक, सामाजिक और नैतिक समझ व् सिद्धांतो में बदलाव आता है। वर्ष 1918 में स्पेनिश फ्लू फैला और दुनिभर में पांच करोड़ लोग मारे गए। उसके बाद तमाम यूरोपीए देशो में सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य प्रणाली का विकास हुआ। ऐसा ही कुछ वर्ष 2001 में जब अमेरिका में 9/11 का हमला हुआ तो पूरी दुनिया में व्यक्तिगत स्वतंत्रता का सिद्धांत कम हुआ। सरकारी एजेंसिया ताकतवर हुई। आप पर 24 घंटे इलेक्ट्रॉनिक तरीके से निगाह रखने को क़ानूनी मंजूरी दी गयी। एयरपोर्ट से लेकर बैंको तक की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था हमेशा के लिए बदल गयी। इसी तरह वर्ष 2008 की आर्थिक मंदी के बाद पूरी दुनिया का आर्थिक तंत्र बदल गया। निजी बैंको और संस्थानों पर कड़ाई की गयी। दुनिया में शेयर बाजार और बैंको के लिए बनाई गयी नोबल संस्थाए मजबूत हुई और वे नियामक के साथ कानून का उल्लंघन करने पर कार्यवाई करने वाली संस्थाओ में बदल गयी। आर्थिक अपराधो पर बहुत सख्त सजाओ की व्यवस्था हुई।
चीन को लेकर बदलेगा दुनिया का नजरिया
अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रम्प यो या इज़राइल के प्रधानमंत्री नेतन्यानाहु , सभी कोरोना वायरस को चीन का मानव निर्मित वायरस बता रहे है। कुछ देश ऐसा नहीं भी मानते है तो ज्यादातर मानते है की चीन की लापरवाही से संक्रमण फैला। आम लोग भी चीन के लोगो के खान-पान की आदतों का विरोध कर रहे है।ब्रिटैन जैसा उदारवादी देश भी इससे चिंतित है। दुनिया के 35 देशो में चीन के नागरिको के खिलाफ नस्लीय हमलो के खबरे आयी है। ऐसे में चीन की छवि दुनिया में शायद हमेशा के लिए बदल गयी है।
शारीरिक दूरी का सिद्धांत अब हमेशा के लिए
दुनियाभर में सौहार्द और प्रेम जताने के लिए हाथ मिलाने से लेकर गले मिलने तक के रिवाज़ कोरोना वायरस के फैलने से पहले आम थे। यूरोप हो या सऊदी अरब, कोरोना वायरस के कारन सभी शारीरिक दूरी का सिद्धांत मान रहे है। विशेषज्ञो का मत है की इंसानी इतिहास में शारीरिक दूरी के सिद्धांत को मान्यता मिल गयी है। यह आगे तक कायम रहेगा। अहम् है कि भारतीय परंपरा ने हमेशा से शारीरिक दूरी के सिद्धांत को महत्व दिया है।
अप्रवासी पर अब होगी सख्ती
अमेरिका हो या ब्रिटेन, तमाम पश्चिम देशो में अप्रवावासियो का स्वागत होता रहा है। विशेषज्ञो का अनुमान है की अब राष्ट्रपति ट्रम्प को अमेरिका में अप्रवासियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्यवाई करने का मौका मिलेगा।पोलैंड के प्रधानमंत्री ने तो ऐसा घोषणा कर दी है। ऐसा ही कुछ इटली, स्पेन और फ्रांस में भी दिख सकता है, जो कोरोना से भयंकर रूप से प्रभावित है।
धरम-आस्था होगी प्रभावित
विशेषज्ञ मानते है की कोरोना वायरस के कारण जिस तरह धार्मिक स्थलों को बंद किया गया और बड़े-बड़े धार्मिक नेता संक्रमित हो गए या फिर सार्वजानिक जीवन से गायब हो गए , उससे धर्म-आस्था की जड़े भी कुछ कमज़ोर पड़ेगी । खासकर पश्चिम देशो में, जहा पहले से ही धार्मिक रूप से उदासीन लोगो की संख्या काफी ज्यादा है।
स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं में ऐतहासिक बदलाव हुआ
1858 में अमेरिका में येलो फीवर के कारण स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं में बदलाव हुआ। 2001 के बाद देश, विदेश से आने वालो का डाटा बेस बनाने लगे, अमेरिका में लोगो को स्क्रीनिंग से गुजरना पड़ता है। 14 वी शताब्दी में यूरोप में रहस्मय बुखार (ब्लैक डेथ) फैला था, इस दोरान दूसरी नस्लों के लोगो का खत्म कर दिया गया।

चीन ने जिस तेजी से लॉकडाउन किया और सख्त कदम उठाकर कोरोना वायरस के खिलाफ लड़ाई में जीत हासिल की है उसमे तमाम देश प्रभावित है। वही इटली, स्पेन जैसे खुले सामाजिक पहचान सवाले देश बड़े कब्रिश्तान के रूप में बदल रहे है। ऐसे में विशेषज्ञो को अंदेशा है की सरकार अपने हाथ में ज्यादा ताकत लेगी और लोकत्रांतिक अधिकार कमजोर होंगे।

पूरी दुनिया को पश्चिमी देशो की खुली जीवनशैली ने प्रभावित किया है। मगर यूरोपीए जीवनशैली के चारो स्तम्भ देशो इटली, फ्रांस, ब्रिटैन और स्पेन कोरोना से लड़ रहे है। सभी जगह कोरोना के संक्रमण फैलने का कारण वहा की शराब और रेस्टोरेंट कल्चर आधारित जीवनशैली को माना गया। जहा 70 फीसद लोग बार में ही शराब पीते है और 15 वर्ष की आयु के बाद कोई भी शराब पी सकता है । साथ ही सामूहिक रूप से रेस्टोरेंट में खाना खाने का कल्चर भी हैं। विशेषज्ञो का मानना है की शायद इतना खुलापन अब न रहे और समाज खुद को बदल लेंगे।
