आजकल इस भागदौड़ भरी हुई इस जिंदगी में हर व्यक्ति ये चाहता है की हमारे पास धन हो, हमारे पास विद्या हो, हमारे पास बुद्धि हो , हमारे पास बल हो।  आज हम आपको बतायेंगे की सुबह उठते ही एक मंत्र पढ़ना  है और पुरे दिन के आप के जो काम है वो अपने आप बनते चले जाएंगे।  सब लोग कहते है नहाओ, धोओ उसके बाद काम शुरू करो, यह बिना नहाए धोए आप इस मन्त्र को पढ़ सकते है।  आँख खुलते ही बिना किसी की शक्ल देखे आपको करना है।  मतलब सुबह आँख खुलते ही अपनी हथेलियों को अपने  सामने करना है और उनका दर्शन करना है।  हथेली देखने से पहले किसी भी वस्तु या चीज़ को ना देखे। इसके बाद नीचे लिखे मंत्र को एक बार जाप करे।  

अक्सर देखा गया है कि जब हमारी सुबह की शुरुआत अच्छी होती है तो हमारा पूरा दिन अच्छा बीतता है। दिन अच्छा व्यतीत हो इसके लिए हम सब प्रातः अपने मन और घर में शांति व प्रसन्नता की कामना करते हैं।   हमारा दिन हमारे लिए शुभ हो इसके लिए भारतीय ऋषि-मुनियों ने कर(हस्त) दर्शन का संस्कार हमें दिया है। शास्त्रों में भी जागते ही बिस्तर पर सबसे पहले बैठकर दोनों हाथों की हथेलियों के दर्शन का विधान बताया गया है। इससे व्यक्ति की दशा सुधरती है और सौभाग्य में वृद्धि होती है। सुबह उठते ही हाथों को देखने का क्या मतलब है?  क्या इसका संबंध हमारे हाथों की लकीरों से हैं या फिर हमारी किस्मत से ? दरअसल हमारे शास्त्रों में ऐसा कहा गया है कि हाथों में सृष्टि के रचानाकार ब्रह्मा, धन की देवी लक्ष्मी और सुख एवं समृद्धि की देवी सरस्वती, तीनों का वास होता है। इसलिए सुबह-सुबह इन्हें देखना शुभ माना जाता है। जब आप सुबह नींद से जागें तो अपनी हथेलियों को आपस में मिलाकर किताब  की तरह खोल लें और यह श्लोक पढ़ते हुए हथेलियों का दर्शन करें:-

कराग्रे बसते लक्ष्मीः करमध्ये सरस्वती ।

करमूले तु गोविन्दः प्रभाते करदर्शनम ॥

मतलब  मेरे हाथ के आगे वाले भाग  में भगवती लक्ष्मी का निवास है। मध्य भाग में विद्यादात्री सरस्वती और मूल भाग में भगवान विष्णु का निवास है। अतः प्रभातकाल में मैं इनका दर्शन करता हूँ। इस श्लोक में धन की देवी लक्ष्मी, विद्या की देवी सरस्वती और शक्ति के दाता तथा सृष्टि के पालनहार भगवान विष्णु की स्तुति की गई है, जिससे जीवन में धन,विद्या और भगवत कृपा की प्राप्ति हो सके।

ध्यान रहे की इस मंत्र का जाप करते समय आपको सिर्फ अपनी हथेलियों की और अपनी निगाहें रखनी है और फिर मंत्र उच्चारण खत्म होते ही हथेलियों को परस्पर घर्षण करके उन्हें अपने चेहरे पर फेरना है।  मान्यता है की ऐसा करने से हम सभी देवी देवताओ का आशीर्वाद प्राप्त कर लेते है और पूरा जो दिन है वो हमारा अच्छा निकलता है।  सकारात्मक ऊर्जा भी हम प्राप्त करते है।  आप भी करिए तथा अपने बच्चो को भी कराइये ताकि उनकी बुद्धि और विवेक बढ़े।  

हथेलियों के दर्शन का मूल भाव यही है कि हम अपने कर्म पर विश्वास करें। हम ईश्वर से प्रार्थना करते हैं कि ऐसे कर्म करें जिससे जीवन में धन, सुख और ज्ञान प्राप्त कर सकें। हमारे हाथों से कोई बुरा काम न हो एवं दूसरों की मदद के लिए हमेशा हाथ आगे बढ़ें। 

आँखों के द्रष्टि भी रहेगी ठीक 

जब हम सुबह सोकर उठते है तो हमारी आँखों में नींद रहती हैं। ऐसे मैं यदि एकदम दूर की वस्तु या कहीं रोशनी पर हमारी नज़र पड़ेगी तो आखों पर उसका बुरा प्रभाव पड़ सकता है।  हाथो का दर्शन करने का यह फायदा है कि इससे आँखों की दृष्टि धीरे धीरे स्थिर हो जाती है और आँखों पर भी कोई दुष्प्रभाव नहीं पड़ता।

Everyone says take a bath, then start work. You can read this mantra without washing your hands.  You have to open your eyes without seeing the appearance of anyone. That means opening your palms in front of your eyes in the morning and seeing them. Do not see any thing or thing before looking at the palm. After this, chant the below mantra once.

It has often been seen that when our morning starts well, our whole day goes well. We all wish for peace and happiness in our mind and home in the morning to have a good day. To make our day auspicious for us, Indian sages have given us the rite of hand darshan. In the scriptures also, upon waking up, by only sitting on the bed is said to be very good  the darshan of our palms of both hands. This improves a person's condition and increases luck. What does it mean to see hands as soon as you wake up in the morning? Is it related to the lines in our hands or our luck? Actually, it has been said in our scriptures that Brahma, the creator of creation, Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth, and Saraswati, the goddess of happiness and prosperity, reside in all three. Therefore, it is considered auspicious to see them in the morning. When you wake up from sleep in the morning, mix your palms together and open them like a book and while reading this verse, see the palms: -

Karagre Basate Lakshmi: Karamadhye Saraswati.

Karmule tu Govindah Prabhate Kardarshanam

Meaning in front of my hand is the abode of Bhagwati Lakshmi. The central part is home to Vidyadatri Saraswati and the original part to Lord Vishnu. So, I see him in the morning. This verse praises Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth, Saraswati, the goddess of learning, and Lord Vishnu, the giver of power, and the follower of creation, so that one can attain wealth, learning and Bhagwat grace in life.

Keep in mind that while chanting this mantra, all you have to do is to keep an eye on your palms and then at the end of the chanting of the mantra, palms are frictional on your face with mutual friction. It is believed that by doing this, we get the blessings of all the Gods and Goddesses, and the whole day is good for us. We also receive positive energy. You should also do it to your children so that their intelligence and conscience will increase.

The basic idea of ​​palms philosophy is that we believe in our karma. We pray to God to do such deeds that can bring wealth, happiness and knowledge in life. There should be no bad work with our hands and always move forward to help others.
