वर्क फ्रॉम होम के कारण इन दिनों साइबर जालसाजों की संख्या और सक्रियता तेजी से बढ़ी है। केंद्र सरकार के आईटी मंत्रालय की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, 2020 के मार्च महीने में ही इस तरह की 2200 से अधिक वेबसाइटें बनी हैं। ऐसे में हमें एहतियात बरतने की आवश्यकता है। चूंकि कंपनियों का साइबर सुरक्षा चक्र काफी मजबूत होता है। इससे साइबर फ्रॉड उनके आसपास नहीं आते हैं। पर घर का सिक्योरिटी सिस्टम अक्सर कमजोर होता है। दूसरी तरफ साइबर जालसाज लोगों के मुख्य क्रियाकलापों और सामान्य घटनाक्रमों को ध्यान में रखकर फ्रॉड करते हैं, जैसे कि उन्होंने पीएम रिलीफ फंड से मिलता-जुलता मैसेज, डब्ल्यूएचओ के मैसेज, नेटफ्लिक्स के फ्री सब्सक्रिप्शन आदि के मैसेज भेजे हैं।  इस मामले में साइबर एक्सपर्ट कहते हैं कि मौजूदा समय में अधिकांश कंपनियां घर से काम के लिए सुरक्षा मानकों पर खरी नहीं उतर रही हैं। यहां पर ठोस फ्रेमवर्क नहीं है और न ही मजबूत डेटा प्रोटेक्शन कानून है। ऐसे में चुनौती काफी बढ़ जाती है। एक तरफ जहां उपभोक्ताओं के सामने खुद के डेटा बचाने का चैलेंज है, वहीं दूसरी तरफ कंपनी के डेटा को भी संरक्षित रखना है। इसमें कोई दो राय नहीं कि मौजूदा समय में साइबर सेंध बढ़ी है। ऐसे हालात में सिर्फ आईटी सेक्टर के कर्मचारी ही नहीं, बल्कि आम कर्मचारियों को भी अपनी साइबर सुरक्षा पर ध्यान देने की आवश्यकता है।

अपने सिस्टम पर काम की फ़ाइलों के साथ व्यकितगत डाटा न रखें

सिस्टम पर निजी फाइल्स और ऑफिस के काम की फाइल्स को मिक्स मत करें। सारे फोल्डर अलग अलग रखें। आपके लिए ये ही बेहतर होगा कि अपनी निजी फाइल्स को ऑफिस के कम्प्यूटर पर सेव नहीं करें, क्योंकि इसकी संभावना हमेशा बनी रहती है कि आपकी कंपनी का आईटी प्रभाग आपके कम्प्यूटर की जांच कर सकता है।

ऑफिस के सिस्टम को सोशल मीडिया पर साझा नहीं करें 

अपने होम वर्कस्टेशन की तस्वीरें सोशल मीडिया पर साझा करना गंभीर समस्या पैदा कर सकता है. कारण है कि ज्यादातर कंपनियों की ऑफिस वर्क या सिस्टम की तस्वीरों को सार्वजनिक करने के खिलाफ सख्त नीतियां होती हैं. दरअसल, इसमें गलती से लैपटॉप स्क्रीन पर महत्वपूर्ण सूचना के भी ऑनलाइन साझा होने की आशंका रहती है।

एक ही इंटरनेट ब्राउजर का न करें इस्तेमाल

वर्क फ्रॉम होम पॉलिसी पर कोई ब्योरा साझा करने से बचें 

सोशल मीडिया पर बातचीत करते हुए काम से जुड़े जोक्स और कमेंट पोस्ट करने से बचें. यह अच्छा नहीं माना जाता है.

ऑफिस लैपटॉप को किसी के साथ शेयर न करें

अपने लैपटॉप को किसी के भी साथ के साथ शेयर नहीं करें, जो किसी दूसरे ऑफिस में काम करता हो। हमेशा अपने निजी लैपटॉप का इस्तेमाल करें और उसे आपके बच्चों से दूर रखें।

गॉसिप से परहेज करें
